Does knowing multiple langauges (especially as an American who are often stubborn and insist that English is all that they have to know) help getting into college?

I myself am fluent in English, and Korean. I'm also highly proficient in Spanish and American Sign Language (a chance of fluency by the end of high school), and should be proficient in Japanese by the end of high school. How would I be able to express these factors on my application? Would I have to throw it into my essay?

One more question: could knowing so many different langauges (ranging from Spanish, to Korean, to Sign Langauge) be considered a hook? I don't have anything Outstandingly unique besides maybe this.

take the SATIIs for the languages ur taking to impress them, and

im guessing u r learning them outside of school (or at least some since u said ur almost fluent)
and if u are (like by means of private tutor)
definitely write it is an extra curricular.

Well, there's no Sign Language SAT II, and I do plan on taking the Spanish SAT II. My Japan, like I said, is only proficient and no where near the level I need itto be for an SAT II, and I wasn't formally educated in Korean (home langauge), so I don't know if I'd be able to take the Korean SAT IIs.
