Laptop Suggestions?

Hey people,

I’m going to buy a new laptop and I wanted to know if anybody had any suggestions. Here is what I’m looking for:

-Not a MacBook
-Small/portable (my 15 inch is heavy to carry around)
-Not a Chromebook
-Not a Surface
-I don’t want to spend more than about $400

I see a lot of people around campus with some kind of Dell that looks good, but idk what model and how much

Probably Dell XPS is what you see a lot of people carrying around.

Dell XPS is nice, but can be expensive. I have a surface and that is my favorite. A dell inspiron can be a good one too.
