No kidding. I'm typing on my 6 year old Dell Inspiron 8000 right now. I need to upgrade though.

Perhaps this program will help:
<a href="http://www.schubert-it.com/download/%5B/url%5D">http://www.schubert-it.com/download/</a></p>

It adds a "print selection" command to the "services" menu, which can be accessed in any application.

Enjoy:)

Ahhh, will try it from work on Monday. Funny something like that wouldn't be included with the OS. I use it frequently with my PC and really feel naked without it on a Mac. Thank you!

Lenovo X60 here that replaced my IBM T43; I love the Thinkpad line even though it comes at a premium. The build quality is excellent and the customer service is the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot of notebooks).
My other vote would be for a Macbook - very sexy powerful machines :)

I'm not a fan of DELLs....you have no idea how many people I've seen with the weirdest issues with their dell laptops (flickering screen, broken touchpad, etc). My first Dell had its hinges straight break off after a year of regular desk use. ugh.
