One of the main reasons for scheduling an overnight visit is to visit classes, without seeing one of the main aspects of Swarthmore I fear as though my visit will be near useless.

There seems to be an error on that site. Oct 30 is marked both Sunday and Monday, and Tuesday is marked as 10/31. I think that's why you don't see the classes. I am almost 100% sure that there will be normal class schedule on Monday. You can look up some Monday classes on this site:
http://www.trico.haverford.edu/cgi-bin/courseguide/cgi-bin/search.cgi
just choose Swarthmore on top, and search by the departments. Sometimes it can be a little tricky (for instance, there will be nothing under "Sociology" because at Swarthmore the dept is "Sociology and Anthropology", and that's where all the sociology classes will be listed, but I am sure you will figure it out and find some classes to attend.) You could also ask for suggestions on Swarthmore LiveJournal community. You ca get some feedback from current students and see which classes they recommend to attend.

I called someone in the admissions office because I had a similar problem. They do not post the available classes online. However, classes are available. You are allowed to go to any class, as long as it is not a seminar or a lab (I think).

You can go to First Year Seminars (signified by FYS in the web thing), just not the multi-hour seminars, as Specs aren't expected to stay for like a 4hr class, and it can be disruptive when they arrive/leave etc.
