Last 60 units GPA must be where B.A got?

Hi everyone,
So this is my situtation. I hava a B.A in computer science from UC.Berkeley. However, due to some personal issues (its a lot to go through..sorry if it sound like an excuse) my GPA is way below stellar :( (2.6)
However, during my last two semesters ,I solved my personal problems, started to get the subject, enjoy doing computer science, and my grades improved considerably (get A's and B's)

So now I am graduated and I do want to enroll in a graduate program, but I realize that they all require 3.0 gpa for the last 60 units attempted.

Do this completely just rule me out? I am seeking about taking courses at a local college as a non-degree seeking student and try to get good grades...But I just think maybe graduate school just want to look at the grades at UC Berkeley, which is the most demoralizing thing in my life right now :(

Thanks for bearing with me, and advice should be appreciated!! thank again.

I felt like I have read about people taking courses after they are technically graduated to bump their GPA for grad school. You should see if you can retake any classes if you got grades low enough to be able to do that.

thanks for the input!
