Policies vary. Check the admissions procedures on the Websites of those schools. If that is insufficient, email your question to the admissions offices.
It is conceivable that some schools will accept January scores as they typically do not make final decisions until March.

As Descartesz said, policies vary, so be sure to check the procedures on each school's website to avoid any nasty surprises.

That said, typically scores up to and including December are fine for RD. Occasionally schools will accept scores from January, especially if they are retakes.

For EA/ED, October is definitely fine, and sometimes November is accepted too (despite scores being released after the application deadline)

Again, it's important to double check.
