<p>Its in blue book, I want to know why its the answer that it was. I won't reveal it though, for the sake of not ruining the fun.</p>

<p>but you don't need to express it properly, you just need to know what's incorrect here</p>

<p>well, cuz the first half of the sentense uses the present perfect tense.
I don't think you can use any type of past tense..</p>

<p>and because the flood happens first, its reasonble to use present tense.</p>

<p>but as said, don't even try to figure out a absolute correct answer, just need to know what is wrong, thats enough</p>
