<p>hey guys. i'm just finishing up my application and found something that got me wondering a little. i have a great act score (34) but very disappointing sat II's (650 and 620, bad day). on the testing section it doesn't ever state that the subject tests are "mandatory", though it does make you check a box stating, "I do not plan to take the SAT Subject Tests and I understand that this could affect my admission to UC." the question being, would it be beneficial to omit the sat II's, or would leaving them out look terrible? my gut tells me to keep them in, but i'm not familiar with the whole process (i'm out of state). thanks for any help.</p>
