As I recall, there was the common app essay and a college specific essay in the supplement.</p>
<p>I don't remember either of these being "why cornell"</p>
<p>Well my college specific essay was basically a why Cornell essay. It asked what work and non work experiences led to your decision to attend the Hotel School.</p>
<p>The specific college essays for all of the colleges are basically "why Cornell" essays.</p>

<p>no way! I just checked Cornell's website just now and it still says the materials will be available later... am I looking at the wrong thing?</p>
