Late Application for Chapman Transfer

<p>I have a friend, yes a friend (I'm already admitted), who because of strange circumstances needs to transfer to another University. I suggested Chapman. However, their deadline for Transfer Applicants is March 1st, however they indicate that they will accept late applicants.</p>

<p>Does anybody have any experience with how Chapman Deals with Late Transfer Applicants, what their chances are?</p>

<p>idk how they handle late applications but there is 28% increase of applicants this year from last year, so chances are slim they would take your friend</p>
