<p>Our dental hygenist's husband is an attorney who works for a firm that represents Broadway in Chicago. I've always meant to ask her what his undergraduate degree was in.</p>
<p>Also, an audition coach my daughter met with briefly last summer was a CCM graduate, who was in Rent on Broadway for a couple of years; he is still a working actor, but has also just finished his M.Div degree from one of the local Chicago Protestant seminaries. The combinations are fascinating!</p>
<p>Teri, I'm intrigued who the audition coach was who was in Rent. I know dozens of actors who have been in the show through the years but not positive who this could be with an M.Div. Is it Mark Ford, by any chance?</p>
<p>Just to add yet another path, which many will find unusual but, in reality, is no more unusual than any other -- Sebastian Arcelus who is currently Fiyero in Wicked was a political science major at Williams. He has been incredibly successful in his theatre career having done runs in Rent, Aida, Good Vibrations, The Full Monty. These 'unusual' paths are more common than many people think!</p>
