3.3 gpa, 26 act. Dyslexic with 3rd grade diagnosis. Thoughts on SALT at UA…was recommended for my LD (dyslexic) boy who is gifted in mechanical engineering type things but concerned about the math requirement for straight engineering school and wondering what kind of assistance SALT could offer so his LD doesn’t get the best of him. Other thoughts? Good in physics. And ALL THINGS MECHANICAL! And design oriented…RC Helicopters, Photography, Computers, a Lego fanatic in his early years…THAT kind of kid!! We are in Texas and he did not like Texas Tech…wants to get away a bit!
