Im going to CC first but im hoping I could transfer to a uni in europe, as the title says what are european uni’s that are cheap and teach in english for bachelors?
You can find everything you want to know here: http://www.bachelorsportal.eu/search/?q=lv-bachelor&order=relevance
Select your filters with English as language of instruction, and set your tuition with the maximum you would pay for “non-EEA” (non-European), and it will pull up all programs at or below that rate. Also be sure to select which degree type you want such as “B. Sc.” plus “on campus” and any other filters you like. Just click on each filter button as you add them.
Many universities in Germany teach some amount of their classes in English.
@mommyrocks, you do in fact, rock. What a cool website.

However, few European unis do “transfers”. Most tend to be 3 years so you’d just start at the beginning of their (generally rigid) 3 year program.
The Scottish unis may knock a year off their 4 year degree and allow you to finish in 3 years.
Why Europe?
If you are eligible for financial aid, another option is to transfer to an American university and then do study abroad. You would want to check out unit limits and plan carefully. Some transfers find that they are not eligible for study abroad, so you would want to think about beginning as a sophomore, then junior year abroad, then senior year back on campus.
Well, you could start by looking at universities in english speaking nations. LOL.
But seriously, take a look at some schools in the U.K. Don’t expect any financial aid. UK public universities are cheaper than their US counterparts. One of the best bargains for U.K. students is Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
