Legacy at Cornell?

My mother went to Cornell, as did my uncle. I know that this certainly makes me a "legacy," but I'm not so sure it will make a difference. My mom and uncle are middle-class, meaning they don't give millions to the school every year. So, without the money, will being a legacy actually help here? What are my chances?

32 composite ACT, no sports, about 5 great ecs, 2 jobs (1 held for 3 years so far), and a summer internship at an autism research institute.
