Legal Studies Major at Berkeley

<p>I was wondering if anyone could give me some information about the Legal Studies major at Berkeley. Does anyone know what courses someone has to take prior to transferring into this major from another university? Is this a competitive major compared to Political Science?</p>

<p>I have the same question. I'm entering this fall with the intent to major in poli sci and I was wondering if I should double major with legal studies or if that is going to be very stressful.</p>

<p>i'm doing legal studies...its a one of a kind program in the nation. My advisor said that Berkeley is the only place with enough resources for a law school to oversee an undergraduate program...aka...your professors are quite often boalt law school professors.</p>

<p>I thought the profs in legal studies were exclusively law profs.</p>
