Has anyone gotten any timeframe from their counselor as to when they may make decisions or when we should follow up?
Was that on the Lehigh Admissions account or a different Lehigh account?
Admissions on Twitter.
Yes, lehigh admissions
My son got into Colby, and may commit. He’s a psych major. He likes it very much.
I’m hoping there’s some movement on this list before May 1. My husband is a Lehigh grad. It would be nice for them to share experiences. So frustrating
did he get in off of waitlist or was he accepted
Has anyone heard anything about the waitlist? Like would they release it before may 1?
have heard nothing
Nothing, i called admissions yesterday and she said they would be taking people from wait list but couldn’t say how many or when.
Does that mean they have started reviewing applicants? Like they’re sure to use the waitlist?
My guess is they expect to use the waitlist based on data from past years.
Oh dang the admission rate from waitlists r really low
2021 was an outlier. Here is 2020.
2020 is the COVID outlier
Here is the past 8 years of waitlisted/admitted off waitlist:
2014- 1296/2
2015- 1847/0
2016- 2126/66
2017- 2799/53
2018- 3358/69
2019- 2480/1307
2020- 1875/1684
2021- 2079/102
looks like it’s very slim chance for 2022 - if we follow the trend like last year 2021 (less than 5%).
I was waitlisted and after the Director of Admissions emailed me yesterday confirming my spot on the waitlist, I quickly sent him my confirmation. He emailed me this morning saying I was accepted.
Anyone else getting off waitlist?
Omg yay! Im still waiting and would u mind sharing which college u got in?
I got in to the college of arts and sciences!
I received an email from the dean of admissions last night, and was accepted this morning. I believe there are very few spots that will open for admission on the waitlist, so respond to that email ASAP if interested.
