@tccbucks A kid in my class w/ stats like yours (also top 1-2% classrank) got waitlisted RD for ChemE; he’s applied to CMU, Princeton, and a ton of other top schools (hasn’t heard back yet).He lives near Lehigh (about 1 hr away), so we (friends & I) think it’s because Lehigh wants top students who live near Lehigh to visit it (for interest?), or maybe it’s something else.
I applied to the CSB program and was somewhat surprised I got in, but very happy. now my decision will be based on the financial package I receive. It is my top choice.
