If you type the Lehigh Supplement Essays in the box, there are 1000 character limits. If you upload the essays, do these limits still apply?

Yes, sort of, because they will still check how long your essay is, and whether or not you made an attempt to keep within the limit. Obviously, if it's like 2000 or more, they might be a little irked. But, of course, you have much more freedom uploading the essay, since nothing cuts you off after 1000 characters.

Yeah I uploaded both of mine and they were both a little over but nothing too lengthy. I got in so don't worry

Oh, congrats! Just a question though; did you visit the campus? Because I heard they are really anal about visiting...

yeah I did through DAP (Diversity Achievers Program). But as a long as you so some interest (email your admission counselor) you'll be fine

does 1700 with spaces so like too much. I'm having trouble cutting mine!!!

but they never EXPLICITLY SAID THEIR WAS A LIMIT...It was only really implied by the character limits in the text box, and they then gave do option to upload a document so like I'm very confused...

I uploaded an essay, and I had no issues with the character limit :-).

My son applied and was accepted to Lehigh last year. He responded to the supplemental essays with 1-2 paragraphs...nothing special. He just answered honestly.

heyyyyoooo same here! (i visted with DAP) what’s your name?
