Lehigh University vs Trinity College(CT)?

Hi I want to apply early decision to one of those school, but can't decide which one I should to. Both seem so amazing. Please provide pros/cons or why which is better. I already know how both have amazing academics- so comment on social life, campus(which would be the BEST 4 years possible)?

Trinity is a top-notch small school (about half Lehigh’s size) with great resources.

Lehigh is a bit more true to its name in that it is a university with some distinct colleges (Business, Education, Engineering (though Trinity has distinct programs in engineering), A&S)

If you’re really set on your path of study and both institutions have what you want, then it would come down to how you feel about each place. However, if you haven’t narrowed down your major yet, or you want to Major/minor in diverse areas, Lehigh may give you more options.

Either way, as you noted, they’re both great schools.

StitchInTime pretty much hit the nail on the head. If you are a good student neither will disappoint to be sure. I’d say Lehigh is more prestigious and for engineering or business, it is hard to beat.

I’m not sure about Trinity in terms of campus life, but going to a school where drinking until 1-2am on the weekdays and still acing every class is normal (granted the workload is much more than most colleges - I transferred here). You just need to be able to have the work hard, study hard attitude.

If you don’t, go to Trinity.

I am intel’ who’s also hving the same problem. Which to apply ED; Lehigh, Trinity or (in my case) Bucknell? I want to pursue electrical Engineering. I am definitely sure Lehigh and Bucknell have excellent engineering programs. But when it comes to Trinity, I heard that it only offers BS in engineering only, tho you can focus on one field like EE, ME etc., Can anyone tell me wht’s the difference?
