Sorry to see any young man with so much raw talent mess up his life and the opportunities he had ahead of him, but also glad to see him go. I hope he learns from his mistakes, whatever they were.</p>

<p>It must have been another failed drug test. They also took away his scholarship which indicates it was pretty serious. They state that he most likey will be leaving LSU.</p>
<p>Ahem. Allow me. I am totally supportive of Les’s decision.</p>
<p>For many of us LSU fans, the whole Honey Badger thing had grown tiresome. He tended to suck up an lot of the oxygen from our many other good players. He liked media attention way too much. On the field, he was overrated as a cover corner, although he was excellent on blitzes from the slot. We can replace him. </p>
<p>The biggest loss is in the punt return department. He was the best punt returner in the nation. I hope one of these young blue chippers can step it up.</p>
<p>I don’t think this will affect LSU’s season to any great degree. I still think the season comes down to Nov 3 in Tiger Stadium. I and my crimson-clad son will be there.</p>
