<p>I'm a junior at Wake right now. For the most part I like it, but definitely a lot less than freshman or sophomore year. </p>
<p>I'm not receiving any aid. My parents pay the full tuition, but I work three jobs to pay for my living expenses. So the full cost comes in close to 50K</p>
<p>I feel Wake is not diverse in terms of just straight race, but very diverse in terms of experiences. The random girl down the hall grew up in Singapore or Kenya or England. If you are just looking for diversity in terms of seeing minorities you're looking in the wrong place. But Wake Forest is not a school of white, southern conservative clones. </p>
<p>People are mostly friendly, especially freshman year. Beyond freshman year everything gets pretty cliquey and less outwardly friendly. </p>
<p>I don't think the academics are hard if you go to class and make an effort to do the work.</p>
