Let be honest!Wake Forest

I'm a junior at Wake right now. For the most part I like it, but definitely a lot less than freshman or sophomore year.

I'm not receiving any aid. My parents pay the full tuition, but I work three jobs to pay for my living expenses. So the full cost comes in close to 50K

I feel Wake is not diverse in terms of just straight race, but very diverse in terms of experiences. The random girl down the hall grew up in Singapore or Kenya or England. If you are just looking for diversity in terms of seeing minorities you're looking in the wrong place. But Wake Forest is not a school of white, southern conservative clones.

People are mostly friendly, especially freshman year. Beyond freshman year everything gets pretty cliquey and less outwardly friendly.

I don't think the academics are hard if you go to class and make an effort to do the work.

first let me take the time to thank bethyy,mkm56, and scarletleavy. thanks to each of you guys and all who have posted answers on thin thread. as i said before i appreciate all your answer.

one answer that made me quite happy, was scarletleavy. she mentioned that WFU wasnt really racely diverse. which is good for me!( i just thought i should mentioon that).

Also, I have notice that none of the people who have written receive aid. WHICH IS COMPLETELY INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that is just crazy.

WELL AGAIN JUST KEEP POSTING. ALL OPINIONS ARE APPRECIATE IT.

THANKS IN ADVANCE
