stargirl, it has been an odd day in the world of acceptances in some circles. I realize you did not get what you hoped for but I would hope you could love the ones who love you. You’ve got what it takes to do well at boarding school and it is exciting that there are those schools who can finally recognize that. So excited for you to have gotten those acceptances and hoping the stars will align for you so that one can be the one. Congratulations.
^^^^agree. All the best, Stargirl. So glad you got at least a couple options-- and hope enough FA comes through, but sincerely wish you had more choices. Still, you will take full advantage of wherever you are and I believe you will be very happy. You know, all these BS talk about character, and these days are saying that perseverance and resilience and the biggest predictors of success in school and beyond. You have all these traits in spades. Best of luck.
