<p>ooooh i'll answer this. i rowed lightweight this past year, so bingeing was a natural part of the starve yourself/overeat cycle :/
soo either dunkin donuts muffins and bagels, or bread from this AMAZING place near me called great harvest bread company: they have every sort of bread you can imagine, like apple pie bread, pizza bread, cinnimon sugar bread.....and when you go into the store they give out free samples-- huge slices and as many as you want, and you dont' have to buy anything</p>
