<p>My shoulders are always sore because I have a thumb first stroke when I swim. Which is bad, but I keep forgetting to try to correct it…</p>

My coach drilled pinky-first into me when I was a wee 8 year old.</p>
<p>Nope, freestyle. I tilt my arms as they go in, which is the way it used to be coached but has now been found to be a major cause of shoulder pain in swimmers :(</p>
<p>I wish I knew how to swim. :/</p>
<p>Jump off a boat in the middle of the ocean. Sink or swim.</p>
<p>I choose the former option. Or I might just lay on my back and float. I love relaxing in the water.</p>
<p>On another note, I got rocked on the ACT this past weekend. Yay, standardized testing.</p>
<p>I went to the USA vs Ireland Rugby game.</p>
<p>The tailgating was mad before:
LSU: Offerred me tons of beers
A&M: Was rowdy and had wrestling male vs female
Baylor: Root Beer
Berekly: Messing with A&M
UCLA: Dicks </p>

<p>USA played great but had 4x the amount of penalties. If not for that we would of at least had a try and won.</p>

USA 12</p>
