Gotta love 5 am thunder storms. 96 and humid…again.

It is 101 degrees right now. It was 102 earlier. Trying to wrangle herds of children, and then tearing down the whole camp, was absolutely MISERABLE. But finally the camp is over and I can lock myself inside of this air conditioned house.

It’s so hot outside. I’m just camping out indoors for the rest of the day.

Yea I did some driving around today and good Lord that car gets hot!

Bake cookies?

I did that with my car. It somewhat baked…

95 and sunny today, woo!

But not humid! I will be able to survive work today.

what do girls wear to work when it’s 90 degrees out?

Unfortunately, I have you all beat in temperature. 98, feels like 109.

Sent from my ADR6400L using CC

Decided to hang with one of my best friend in the entire world and we decided we needed something cool, AC powered place. And went for the movie theater. Saw brave! It was such a good movie ;p

90 and hot today.

Scooped so much slush today. 1-3 was the worst, I felt like crying after dealing with a billion people who didn’t speak English and were complaining about their food.

Some of your weather actually made our news yesterday…

Made it to 112 today. My mom let me cook eggs outside on aluminum foil. :)

DID IT WORKKKK??

;p

In central New Jersey, we’re in the middle of an awful heat wave.

I’m always much happier with where I’m living during the summer. It’s currently foggy and fifty-seven degrees where I’m at in California. Yay for getting to wear cardigans and long pants year round!

^ It’s similar here and pouring with rain. We have had the wettest June on record this year :(

I didn’t know that “derecho” meant anything except right in Spanish, but apparently it’s a powerful windstorm that messed up a lot of stuff in the mid-Atlantic. Was anyone here affected by it?

OMG, I just heard the exact same word TV!
And I guess I was in its path. LOL it work me up that morning

You wanna talk weather?

We had a bad thunderstorm in Maryland last Friday night. I walked around my neighborhood on Saturday morning and there were uprooted trees and broken branches everywhere, etc. One person’s chimney got blown clear off - I found huge chunks of brick about two blocks away.

1.5 million homes in DC, MD, and VA lost power - right in the middle of an awful heat wave. Thankfully, I got power back on Saturday night but some of my friends still don’t have electricity.

My cable and internet were also out… until about half an hour ago. So, naturally, one of the first things I do when I realize the internet is back is come on CC. :D

^ OH EM GEE Another Marylander~! Thanks goodness my power didn’t out. Some of my friends don’t have AC and it’s been really hot lately. On the news, they were giving deaths and how these people died because of the thunderstorm. Some of these were really sad…
