Lets talk WEATHER.

Yeah, last I heard the death toll from the storm was 12 but the number might have gone up.

It was pretty shocking for me to hear the number rise over the course of one day. I was listening to the radio on Saturday morning and the number was 2. By midday it was 5. And by that evening it was 12.

Prayers for all of the families…

Indeed. ^

Today was 80 with a nice breeze. I got to swim for 2 hours today! The water was nice and cool.

Well anyone in the tristate area?

Today has great weather FINALLY!

The weather is fricking kidding me here in Delhi. 46 degrees Celsius >_<

That’s 114 on the Fahrenheit scale.

^not to mention, it feels even hotter on the Indian subcontinent because of the humidity.

46!?! I melt around 32…

I’m pretty sure I melt around 90 degrees, NEW YORK TEMP. B/c of the added humidity and the cars, bus, house AC, etc that spew hot gas in your face every so often

I’m going through this car-window shuffle where I have to have my car windows open because the interior is gray and black and it will be as hot as the surface of the sun, but then I have to run out and close them because quick-moving severe thunderstorms roll through about every 12 hours.

How I wish we had a two-car garage so my car wouldn’t be so exposed to the elements.

Today is a hot one. 97 and heat index 105+, oh this is torture.

Flooding all over the UK today, torrential rain here, what fun
However, I am ill today, probably picking a good day

Another hot one today. We haven’t had over 100° in twelve years, and it looks like today will be the fourth over 100 this year.

My room was 88° last night. Just awful…

Tomorrow I’ll be in the nice southwest. And I’m pretty sure I’ll be melted (literally).

Why does my parents enjoy the hot dry desert?

WHY?

I wonder if more people will move to Maine now? We got to around 52 last night - our heater came on. Today was gorgeous - 76 degrees, blue skies, light breeze.

And maybe it was global warming - our winter was not bad at all.

^ I always wanted to go to Maine!, but I never hear anything about it lol. I’m tired of Maryland, when it’s summer it gets really humid. Today was in the 80’s, but it was humid

Kentucky just had a RIDICULOUS heat wave go through, which brought a drought with it. It passed through yesterday and it rained. I was so happy for that. The temperature is supposed to drop to about 88°F (a whole 20°), but I’m a little skeptical because the last time they said that it was supposed to be in the 80s is when “The Heat Wave” came through. One city didn’t do a show on the fourth, multiple cities had (personal) fireworks bans and more than half the state had burn bans. There were wildfires. It was weird weather for Kentucky. Even after the rain, I’m pretty sure most counties still have the bans. I only know of one that lifted theirs.

From NYC but I spend the summer in NJ (Yeah, the term is Benny.) Weathers pretty good the past few days, not too hot. I’d say high 80’s to low 90’s. Saturday was a real sorcher, they said temps went up to 110 degrees. Thats crazy.

Tucson AZ – highs in the 90’s and 100’s, monsoons.

Well, I stay inside all day, so the temperature is quite cool

Pheonix Metro. And oh my gosh. WHY MUST IT BE SO STUPIDLY HOT? I miss NY so much already :’(

Heard a joke which accurately sums up the weather here:

When it rained for 40 days and nights in the bible it was called a disaster, when it rains for 40 days and nights in England we call it summer.
