<p>Sorry if this question has been asked before....but can teachers and guidance counselor submit their letters and transcripts before the common app is finished and submitted ? Our son started his app, sent out the requests but hasn't added his colleges yet. Will the letters and transcripts be able to be received electronically if he hasn't hit "submit" yet ? Thanks.</p>
<p>The submission order does not matter, but a college will not be able to access any school forms until you submit an app to that college.</p>
