<p>Would colleges value hearing that an applicant is accepted to a different prestigious school? For example, if I were accepted to Harvard, would other schools want me more? At an interview, if asked where else I applied, would that give an advantage? It seems pretentious to me to bring up, but if asked, it might be a boon. Anyone know?</p>
