Liberal Arts Colleges Psychology (Subject Test Optional)

Hello,

I am an international applicant entering my senior year of Highschool. I am interested in attending Liberal Arts Colleges due to their small class sizes and emphasis on education. I am interested in Psychology as a possible major and I was wondering what Liberal Arts Colleges have good psych programs. I do not want to submit Subject Test scores, so I was wondering if there were any Liberal Arts Colleges that do not require Subject Test Scores. I am retaking my SAT, so I would like to lessen the stress of having to write 2 subject tests and an SAT on top of school work and applications. Hopefully one of you guys can help me.

Thank you,

Many schools don’t require subject tests if you take the ACT w/ writing.

Very few schools require subject tests. If you do some research online I’m sure you can get the list of schools that require them pretty quickly. And barrk123 is correct in that some schools accept the ACT in lieu of subject tests. And almost every college offers psychology as a major.

Psych is one of the more popular majors in the U.S. Practically every college offers it, so start with U.S.News ranking and look for LACs in your GPA range. (Hint: start around #30 and go down from there.)
