Liberal Arts Colleges w/ Great Financial/Merit Aid

Are there any Liberal Arts Colleges that are either very generous/smart about EFC and use the Federal Methodology (I think Claremont Mckenna does) or other strong colleges that give Merit Scholarships (such as Whitman, Davidson)?

I'm looking into Claremont Mckenna, Bowdoin, Davidson, Whitman. Are there any others that are understanding about EFC, or give merit scholarships? I suppose this isn't limited to LAC's, so include others like USC or WUSTL.

Denison Univ.

Grinnell has lower tuition than its "peer colleges" (although this will change soon) and merit scholarships. With a huge endowment, they also give a lot of financial aid.

pomona is second on pr's financial aid rankings

Earlham in Indiana.

Hendrix College. I got $15,000 without even filling out a scholarship applications and $1,000 just for filing the FAFSA by Feb. 15.

Willamette has great scholarships and good grants.

check the colleges at: <a href="http://www.ctcl.com%5B/url%5D">www.ctcl.com</a><br>
Great schools with lower tuitions and COA, generous merit scholarships.
