<p>I'm an incoming freshman. I'm majoring in the Liberal Arts section, and was wondering...if I'm in the LibArt college (PoliSci), would all my classes be in the CLAS building (if it's there)? Or would I have to go to other buildings for my non-major courses?</p>

<p>I heard some schools have it that if you're in a certain major/college, you go to only a couple buildings all 4 years (that includes gen req. and major-spec classes also). It it the same in UConn?</p>

<p>It is most definitely not the same at uconn. Typically for your poli sci classes you will be in Arjuna and monteith but there is a new social sciences building which should be finished in the fall of 2012. As for gen ed classes you can and will have them allover campus depending on the department and if you have sciences those are always in the different science buildings because they are the only ones with labs.</p>
