How is life at ESF? Especially with respect to the Environmental Resource Engineering major? Is it hard to take classes at Syracuse? How would you characterize the experience?

I am an engineering major at esf (not ere), but as a sophmore have taken a lot of the same classes as them and many of them I am really good friends with. As of right now the only classes you have to take at Syracuse now is physics 1 and 2. If you have taken physics in high school and did well then these classes should be easy since they involve calculus only in the derivation of equations. In other words, the classes you take at SU will be some of the easier classes you take.

The ERE department is very into the Engineers without Borders (EWB) which travels to south and central America to help provide communities with sustainable drinking water. They also like to party :D.
The experience is very personal and very rewarding as many of your classes especially after your sophmore year will only at max have 20 kids.
