Life Set back. Transfer not an option? What are my chances for Grad School? LEP/Robert H Smith?

Long story short, as a freshman I was accepted to UMD as a business scholar.

I left the University due to an assortment of issues, and it is now a decision that I regret. I attended community college and graduated with a 3.3. However, I had a series of unfortunate health problems, and I rashly enrolled with UMUC as an accounting major thinking that it would be easier for me to manage at the moment, and that I could transfer to UMD later.

I now have too many credits in UL classes at UMUC to have them transfer to UMD’s Robert H. Smith School, and I also don’t have a too strong GPA anymore due to poor grades I got due to my health issues. I have a 3.1888.

However, during all of this time I have been involved with various paid internships, I had extracurricular activities at my CC, and I am a member of the American Governmental Accountants and National Association of Black Accountants,

I was wondering how realistic it is for me to plan to get into the RHS MS Accounting graduate program.
