First things first: SATs.

Thanks!
Anyone else have any more advice/chances?

You’re an all-around strong candidate…but for the more “reachy” schools on your list, your standardized test scores are a weakness. Your ACT is good at a 30, but 32+ would be stellar because the 99th percentile would make you more competitive. Getting your SAT to 2200+ would be great as well.

Duke ED – your test scores are in the bottom quartile…get them up, and it’ll be a match or low reach
Princeton – reach…no matter what scores you get
Harvard – same as Princeton
Brown – low reach if you get your scores up
John’s Hopkins – low reach if you get your scores up
UVA – match
UNC-Chapel Hill – match
WUSTL – low reach…match if you get your scores up
Georgetown – match/low reach
Carnegie Mellon – match
Emory – match
UCLA – match
Wake Forest – match
NC State – safety
VCU Honors College/8-year Medical Program – match

Yeah that’s my goal now…AP tests and SAT/ACT
Thanks!
Anyone else?

Internship and ECs look great, might want to work on community service and raising SAT and ACT scores. Also, make sure you do well on the AP tests this May.

Nopee I’m not in Raleigh haha
Wait…so I’m a high reach for UVA? Confused?

haha er I’m actually really confused about the usage of the words low and high when chancing people. what I meant was that you have a decent shot at UVA.

Oh haha ok I got kind of confused because everyone said I was like high match/low reach
Thanks for the chance!

Any other advice?
It’s appreciated! :)

You would seriously want to pull up that SAT, to at least 2200 in order negate the downward trend in GPA. If you can do that, I would say your chances are higher than the average applicant for all the schools, maybe 20-30%.
