<p>What is the link to check decisions? When I navigate to my link, and sign in, I'm getting a weird menu that says "Menu: Search" and it says "employee facing registry content as the title of the page."</p>

<p>I was wondering the same thing. I have exactly what you have. The page looks like a search engine, yeah?</p>
<p>For me, it’s down. But if it wasn’t this is what you should do:</p>
<p>Underneath the search box should be the words “self-service”. Click them. There should then be a link that says application status. Click it. You should see a box that said view decision.</p>
