What are my chances (safety,match,reach)?

University of Washington (in state) -

Pepperdine University -

Santa Clara University -

University of Miami -

University of Illinois -

PLEASE CHANCE ME! ty.

Hey! I have no idea what your chances are, but I just thought I'd tell you that I'm applying to Pepperdine, too! It's my first choice. I want to go there SO bad.

ummmm ok then lol... please some chance opinions.

thank you, bump.

Well I have had all of those schools on my college list at one time or another, so I'll tell you what I think.

UWashington - Accepted.

Pepperdine - This will all depend on essays and recommendation letters. When I spoke with an admissions counselor, they really stressed the importance of both of those.

Santa Clara and USD - Pretty much have the same admission standards. You have their average ACT score, and a stronger GPA. You'll get accepted to both.

UCD/UCSB - Very tough for OOS students. You have a chance, but my guess would be rejection.

Wake Forest - Very competitive (I'm in the same boat as you with this school). All I can say is hope for the best.

Boston University - While this school is competitive, I think you'll be able to pull of an acceptance, especially if you are applying to the college of general studies.

UMiami - This is my dream school, but I don't have the ACT/SAT scores...very similar to you. I stay optimistic, but I'm expecting a rejection. So good luck, and hope for the best here as well.

Illinois - I would be surprised if you got rejected.

However, it seems you are lacking a 100% guarantee. I would recommend WSU, ASU, U of A, Oregon, Indiana, Iowa, etc.

Good Luck.

thanks for that indepth comment socal. i am applying to oregon (garunteed acceptance 3.25+).

bump please.! woot keep um' comin'
