i know that that there is no majors in order to join medical school but i want to know best colleges in canada that i can join inorder to take my pre medical ( any information will be useful) thanks......................... :D

Does not matter at all. Seriously. Go to a good school that is a wise choice academically, socially, and financially. This is how it works in Canada. School prestige/recognition does not matter. Only things that matter is your GPA and MCAT (some schools only use the Verbal Reasoning portion of the MCAT while others don’t use it at all).

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I do believe some med schools in Ontario still don’t use the MCAT at all. (or do they all use VR at the least?).

Whatever the case, school doesn’t matter. Just make sure you’re not going to a school that is not low tier.

Yeah, any legitimate public university in Canada will do, e.g. UCalgary, UAlberta, UBC, UToronto, Mcgill, etc. Even smaller ones such as Brock, Trent, etc. will be okay, but you must double check with the medical schools.

None of the schools use ONLY the verbal reasoning portion of the MCAT, as far as I know.

“None of the schools use ONLY the verbal reasoning portion of the MCAT, as far as I know.”
McMaster does but their medical school is very unusual, like they take people with degrees in Philosophy and Art History.
On another note McMaster’s Health Science program is probably the best pre-medical program in Canada. It is an ultra competitive program but a huge percentage of it graduates get into medical school.

^That’s due to the fact that all these students have averages that are in the mid 90s entering university. So, these are upper echelon students that we would expect to get into great grad schools (large proportion go to med, law, or dentistry) just as Ivy League students are very successful at getting into med schools
