<p>Besides the phoenix, are there any other literary publications at swat? i'm really involved w/ journalism and writing at my hs and i want to continue it at swat.</p>
<p>also, for current students, is anyone majoring in english? i would really like to know what the department is like.</p>

<p>There are. But, I don't know a thing about them. Maybe there are some English majors around who would know.</p>
<p>Ourstory (cultural thingy), Small Craft Warnings (normal lit mag), BESM (bug eyed something or other - scifi mag. highly informal), the Daily Gazette (far superior to the Phoenix. :p).</p>
<p>There might be more, those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.</p>
