Literature SAT II vs. Foreign Language SAT II

I'm a junior. I'm currently in AP Lang, doing about average in that class in comparison to my classmates (I have a 92). I'm going to take AP French, AP Lit, AP Stats, and AP Physics B next year.

I've heard the Lit SAT is brutal, basically like the CR section, but more difficult. On AP Multiple choice practices, I get about 75-80 percent, which my teacher says should get me at least a 4 on the AP Lang exam, assuming my essays aren't awful.

Or should I take the French SAT? Would it be too much to cover over the summer? I'm in my fourth year of French right now. And I heard it's really difficult to get a 650+ on the language tests unless you're a native speaker. My top college choice wants a 620 or a 650 w/Listening to opt out of French.

At the moment, all I'm planning to take is Math II...and if you guys say no to Lit and French, then I'll take the Physics since I'm in Honors Physics right now because all the colleges that I'm looking at don't require more than 2 SAT II's.

And what are some good prep books that you'd suggest?
