<p>Hey all. I submitted my apps to colleges a few days ago. The problem is I that I was filling out the Academics section somewhat in a hurry and couldn't provide exact numbers for the class rank and class size. Today my GC sent the school report and she provided the exact data. The difference between my app and the report is minor - I typed 5 for my class rank and 40 for the class size in my app, and my actual rank is 2 and the class size is 37 and those actual figures have been typed in the school report.</p>

<p>Should I send some kind of a correction to every institution for this little discrepancy? Will colleges take into consideration the data given in the Academics section of my app or the data from the school report?</p>

<p>My son made a similar mistake and was told by an admissions officer that colleges only rely on the official school rank listed on the high school report. So, don’t worry.</p>
