Living In The Past

You guys....
I cannot stop moping over my gpa and class rank (which are not at all where I want them to be). btw, its not that my grades are bad, its just the classes i was forced to take. trust me, there were excruciating circumstances that forced me to do such.
However, instead of accepting them as what they are and moving on and focusing on other things....like PSATS that are in October, I keep reminsing about the past, even though theres nothing i can do to fix it.
any advice to snap me out of living in the past?

What's done is done.

You can't change anything, so you should have no regrets.

Not to make the same mistakes again. i used to regret my Bs freshman year in easy classes, only to get more Bs later on.

Stop worrying about the past. What's done is done, you can't go back and change it. You can, however, change your future. That is what you should be worrying right now.

Btw, PSATs aren't that important. Unless you get a 220+ and qualify for the Merit Award stuff, you really don't get much out of them except a preview of the SAT.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.
