From my iPhone, when I chose my email to log in, I got a message to use fingerprint authorization which I don’t use.
I figured out what to do…had to manually enter my email.
WTH? Why was I asked to log in at all??
One of the side effects of the maintenance work over the weekend was that some users were logged off. My apologies for not providing a warning in my announcement.
As for the fingerprint authorization, that sounds like a function of your iPhone, not CC. Usually that means you’ve saved the email and password before and your iPhone wants to load it automatically for you.
Yes, I saved the username and password. In the past, I’ve clicked on the saved email and was logged right in. Not this time!
