<p>Whenever I write a footnote, the same footnote goes on every single page of my essay. What do I do to prevent this? I followed some directions online before, but it I only got it to where it shows up on the even/odd pages. Help a n00b out! BTW, I'm using MS Word.</p>

<p>LOL. Nevermind, I found out how to do it. Stupid me... :rolleyes: The funny thing is, this girl who was late to our discussion said that the reason for her being tardy was because she couldn't figure out how to insert footnotes into her essay, and instead just created a works cited page.</p>
