Did I miss your state of residence? Are there any public universities in your home state that should be on her list?
NJ and it’s the last state in the country she would want to go to school at lol.
Why? There are some good schools in her state where she would likely gain acceptance. TCNJ, Rowan, Stockton. You know…there are kids who really love and thrive at these colleges. Rutgers too.
Have you considered University of Delaware? It’s test optional.
She has Udel on her list! It’s a beautiful campus and great size too
Rutgers was just ranked #19 for public universities, TCNJ a top regional school. I have graduates from both, both loved it and had great job offers before graduation. I also have a UDel graduate, she got a top scholarship ($18,000 a year), but it still ran about $35,000 a year. Her brother was offered $10,000 year with a 3.7/30. My daughter absolutely loved it.
