Looking for companies (like GE and Siemens) with multi-disciplinary research centers

I'm a rising senior doing applied math and EE signals/systems.
I'm at a top school and have worked at couple research labs.
I don't have a specific interest yet (besides something engineering and mathy).
I'd like to do a summer internship at a major company research center, where there may be a range of projects to choose from.

So far I've applied to GE's global research HQ in upstate NY and Siemens' research HQ in NJ.
Any others you can think of?

Thanks!!
