I took the mathIIC a while ago and got an 800
I am currently in AP Chem and AP Bio, but self-studied for the SAT IIs
just got my scores: bio - 730, chem - 720

I am applying to competitive schools (like JHU, Duke, UPenn) and programs (like BA/MD programs). So, not evaluating any of my other stats, how do these SAT II scores fair when compared to other competive applicant's scores? Are they good, bad, or mediocre (not really anything special)?

The 800 on Math II is obviously good. I think the chem and bio scores are pretty standard. For most of the BA/MD programs, they're pretty much in the standard applicant's ranges.

thank you...standardized test scores arent the strongest point in my application, i have done a lot of other stuff, so knowing that the scores won't hurt me is reassuring, thanks for the response.

Yea don't stress your scores. I mean sure they could be better - they could all be 750+ but I think 700+ is perfectly fine. What you should do is now work on strengthening the rest of your application, especially SAT I. Good luck.
