My daughter is at 10th grade, she is taking AP English Language and Calculus AB. She can choose AP english literature and Calculus BC (which are the most advanced courses in the school) at 11th grade. However, she needs take more English and Math at 12th grade to graduate high school. But, her school has no more advanced courses to choose.
We live in Mexico, it is impossible to find a community college. Does anyone know online English and Math courses of college level?
There are a ton and a simple search would prove so, however, speak with the school and see what they will accept before seeking any classes. If any college course will do, just find the cheapest classes possible, there are many.
Two California CCs I know of are:
[De</a> Anza College :: Distance Learning :: Home](<a href=“http://www.deanza.edu/distance/]De”>http://www.deanza.edu/distance/)
[Foothill</a> Global Access](<a href=“http://www.foothill.edu/fga/]Foothill”>Online Learning)
also try the following:
[Ocean</a> County College](<a href=“http://www.ocean.edu/]Ocean”>http://www.ocean.edu/)
[-</a> CCCOnline Home Page](<a href=“http://www.ccconline.org/]-”>http://www.ccconline.org/)
By the way, the Ocean County College website is among the least user-friendly college pages I’ve ever come across. You can see the class schedule through their WebAdvisor:
[url=<a href=“http://prod.campuscruiser.com/PageServlet?pg=WebAdvisorIFrameProxy&a_ppl=ST&f_ormMnemonic=XWSEI&cmp=F22.42_1100&cx=22.42#]WebAdvisor[/url”>http://prod.campuscruiser.com/PageServlet?pg=WebAdvisorIFrameProxy&a_ppl=ST&f_ormMnemonic=XWSEI&cmp=F22.42_1100&cx=22.42#]WebAdvisor[/url</a>]
Just enter the subject & for location (at the bottom) select INET-Online.
