Hi ^-^
I reccently accepted UCLA offer of admission and am currently filling out the housing application. I had inteded to live off campus but due to some problems, I have decided to live on campus instead. However, I do not know anyone else in my hometown who is also transferring to UCLA or who plans to live on campus. Thus, I decided to create this post in hopes of finding some roomates. I chose the triple roomate option cuz I want to make living on campus a little cheaper, so if you are not interested in sharing a room with two other people, then please feel free to ignore this post. If you are interested then please provide a description of yourself. To those of you who read all of this and are interested, thank you and for those who are not interested after reading this, still thank you for taking the time to read it.

About me,
I was accepted as a spanish major at ucla. I speak both spanish and english. I am quite shy but it will fade over time once I become a little bit more familiar with someone. I do not drink or smoke. I am also not very into the party scene. I am very open minded, understanding, and generous. I am also very responsible and reliable. I am just an all around positive and nice person. I am not a messy person but I am also not obsessed with absolute cleanliness. I’m not sure what else to say but if I need to provide more information,then upon request I will :)

@mmmwaffles I think College Confidential frown upon these types of thread. You might have better luck on craigslist, reddit uclaclassifieds, or even ucla cho. Try looking for students at your cc, at least one person you sort of know got into UCLA. good luck

I’m so sorry I had no idea, but thank you for letting me know. I will do as you suggested. Thank you

@jonjon03, just curious, but why do you say that College Confidential frowns upon these type of threads?

They probably don’t want to be responsible for harassment and other bad things happening through their sites. I think they frown on people posting personal info in general, like any other sites.

@bhav007 I’m not certain, but I did see this post pinned on a different thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-los-angeles/856096-important-cc-is-not-craigslist.html#latest so I assumed in general that college confidential didn’t want these types of threads. Again, I’m not sure either.

@jonjon03, oh i see this
