Looking for small schools with engineering (transfer)

Rice is definitely on the top of my list. Slik nik, why did you leave rice if you don’t mind me asking.

From what I know about GTech, its too big and geeky for me. I probably would fit right in but I want to be exposed to more than just like minded individuals.

I am now really considering switching to physics and take CS classes (and ee course if offere) along the way. I am still not certain about this. But can get some recommendations in a liberal arts colleges with strong Physics and CS department? Coming from a LAC, I understand there are less classes to choose from. I am complete fine with that. I am not really into specializing at this point. I just want to put myself on the right track and learn as broadly as possible. To start my own tech company remained my #1 long term goal. A graudate degree in science/engineering is a more imminent one.

Possibly these? But check the course catalogs to see if they have sufficient breadth and depth in physics and CS. Also, check the schedules to see if the courses are actually offered frequently enough. No idea if any of them are transfer-friendly.

Bucknell (has ABET accreditation in CS)
Carleton
Harvey Mudd
University of Minnesota - Morris

The limited course offerings at some LACs may make it hard to learn broadly in some subjects.
