<p>Note that the automatic merit list includes Prairie View A&M, UA Birmingham, UA Huntville, Louisiana Tech, Florida A&M, and Howard, which are non-huge and have mechanical engineering.</p>
<p>ucbalumnus: Thanks for the links. Fortunately, we have been preparing for his college from the beginning and the plan is to avoid any debt. So while I would say that money is a consideration, it is not a concern to the point were we would insist on him attending a school that was unlikely to be a good fit or one in which he would not prefer to attend. I may not expressing this right…</p>
